Four stages, two review gates
Your reviewers see the work at the storyboard and the animatic, where their input is fast and inexpensive to act on.
Scoping call
Twenty minutes. We look at your CAD, IFU, papers or decks and send back a scope, timeline and quote.
Script & storyboard
Review gate 1. Marketing, regulatory and clinical agree on message and sequence before animation starts.
Animatic
Review gate 2. Timing, camera and sequence are locked while changes are still fast and inexpensive.
Final film & asset set
Master film, booth loop, social cuts, stills and training clips. Fastest delivery: three weeks.

- IFUs, surgical technique guides, assay protocols, P&IDs
- Published papers and clinical data you are allowed to share

How long does a project take?
The fastest delivery is three weeks. Most projects take longer, not because of production time but because your reviewers need time at each gate. We schedule those reviews from the start, so the date we give you already includes them.
How is a project priced?
Each project is quoted after the scoping call. The quote depends on the length of the film, the level of anatomical or mechanical detail, and how many deliverables you need. You get a fixed quote with its scope written out before work starts.
How does payment work?
Work starts when the proposal is signed and the deposit is paid. The rest is billed against the milestones in the proposal.
How many revisions are included?
Revision rounds are built into each review gate. Changes requested after a gate is approved are quoted before we make them, so the budget never moves without your agreement.
Who owns the finished work?
You do. We transfer copyright on delivery, include the source files, and charge no licensing or usage fees.
Can you work under our NDA and supplier requirements?
Yes. We sign your NDA before files change hands and set up a secure transfer. For vendor onboarding we provide a W-9 and our WBENC and VOSB certificates.
Can you show our project in your portfolio?
Only with your permission. Many of our projects are never shown publicly.
