3D animation for diagnostics and lab instruments: product launch, workflow visualization, operator training.
A lab director evaluating your instrument has 20 minutes and three competing demos. A procurement committee needs to see how your system fits their workflow before they sign the PO. In every case the deciding factor is whether they can see how it works -- not read about it. We make the animation that shows them.
Fast, structured, and built to redeploy
Production in as little as 3 weeks
Fastest delivery: 3 weeks when you need to hit a launch date or trade show deadline. Most projects run longer because your reviewers need time at each gate -- we plan for that from day one.
Built for multi-stakeholder review
Your animation will be reviewed by product management, R&D, regulatory, and marketing. We structure production around defined review gates so every stakeholder sees the work at the right stage.
One production, full asset system
Master animation + booth loop + social cuts + website embed + training module clips + presentation stills. One investment, deployed across every channel your commercial team uses.
Built for the team that owns the go-to-market
For product marketing managers & commercial directors
You own the go-to-market for a new analyzer, assay platform, or diagnostic system. Your buyers -- lab directors, pathologists, procurement committees -- evaluate on throughput, workflow integration, and cost per test. They need to see how your system fits their lab before they'll move to evaluation.
- Product launch animations showing instrument operation, sample-to-result workflow, and system architecture
- Competitive differentiation visuals -- demonstrate what your platform does that the installed system doesn't
- Trade show booth content for events where your instrument competes alongside hundreds of exhibitors
- Website and social media assets cut from the master animation for digital campaigns
For applications scientists & field support teams
You train users after the instrument is installed. You run protocols with new customers, troubleshoot remotely, and support evaluation studies. Animation gives you a visual tool that works when you can't be physically present in the lab.
- Operator training animations showing instrument setup, sample loading, run configuration, and maintenance
- Protocol walkthrough videos that visualize assay workflows step by step
- Remote support visuals that replace the ambiguity of verbal instructions over video calls
- IFU (instructions for use) animations for onboarding new laboratory staff
For clinical affairs & medical affairs teams
When your system requires clinical validation or regulatory clearance, you need visuals that accurately represent how the test works -- from sample preparation through result interpretation -- in ways written protocols and static diagrams cannot.
- Assay mechanism and analytical workflow animations for clinical validation presentations
- KOL presentation visuals for advisory boards, speaker programs, and scientific conferences
- Patient and clinician education content for point-of-care diagnostic platforms
- Regulatory submission visuals showing system operation and analytical methodology
For R&D & engineering teams
You need to communicate how the instrument works to people outside engineering -- the marketing team writing the product brief, the regulatory team preparing the submission, or a partner evaluating a technology license.
- Internal alignment visuals that translate engineering design into something marketing and regulatory can evaluate
- Technology platform explainers for partnership and licensing discussions
- Investor pitch visuals for startups seeking funding for a novel diagnostic technology
- Cross-functional communication tools that reduce misalignment between R&D, commercial, and regulatory
Why diagnostics companies work with us
We learn your instrument before we animate it
Diagnostics instruments involve fluidics, optics, thermal cycling, detection chemistry, and software integration. We invest time at the start of every project to understand the technology -- reviewing technical documentation, CAD models, published papers, and patent filings -- so the animation is technically defensible, not just polished.
We understand regulatory context
Our founder holds a Juris Doctor degree. We know the difference between a marketing claim and an educational description. For IVD companies navigating FDA 510(k), De Novo, or PMA pathways, we produce visuals that support submissions and pre-submission meetings without overstepping into promotional claims.
We plan for your review cycle, not ours
Your animation will be reviewed by product marketing, R&D, regulatory, clinical, legal, and sometimes an external scientific advisory board. We structure every project with defined review gates so each stakeholder sees the work where their input matters most -- before changes become expensive.
We work with companies of every size
We've produced animation for pre-revenue startups building their first point-of-care platform and for product lines within established instrument manufacturers. A five-person biosensor company gets the same production quality as a company with a global installed base.
You own everything we produce
Full copyright transfer. Source files included. No licensing fees, no usage restrictions, no per-channel surcharges. Deploy the animation wherever your team needs it -- website, trade show, LMS, sales presentations, regulatory filings, partner portals -- without returning to us for permission.
How production works
The timeline adapts to your internal review requirements. Fastest turnaround is three weeks. Most diagnostics projects take longer because instrument companies have multiple stakeholders who review and approve at each stage. We plan for that from the start.
Scoping call
We learn what the animation must accomplish, who the audience is, and where it deploys. Have CAD files, specifications, published papers, or assay protocols? We'll review them. You leave with a defined scope, a timeline that accounts for your review process, and a quote.
Script & storyboard
We write the script and produce a visual storyboard of key frames. This is your first review gate -- where product marketing, R&D, and regulatory align on messaging, technical accuracy, visual approach, and sequence before any animation work begins.
Animatic / motion preview
A rough motion version with timing, camera angles, and visual sequence locked in. This is the second review gate. At this stage, changes are fast and inexpensive. After final rendering, they are not.
Final animation & delivery
Full-quality rendering, voiceover integration, sound design, and delivery in every required format: master file, booth loop, social cuts, presentation stills, training versions, and website embeds. Source files transferred to you.
One production, a full asset system
A single animation project produces a system of visual assets that your product marketing, applications, sales, and clinical teams all deploy across their channels.
Master animation
Full-length version with voiceover and sound design, optimized for website and presentation use.
Trade show booth loop
Silent or music-only version formatted for large exhibit displays in noisy hall environments.
Social media cuts
15- and 30-second clips formatted for LinkedIn, YouTube, and the platforms your marketing team uses.
Presentation stills
High-resolution frames for slide decks, sell sheets, brochures, and print materials.
Training module clips
Chaptered segments for LMS integration, field application support, and on-demand operator education.
Website embed versions
Optimized for product pages, technology platform sections, and gated resource libraries.
Source files
Full project files so your team or a future vendor can make updates, modifications, or derivative assets.
