Our Commitment

We design and develop our websites with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA as our target. WCAG 2.2 AA is the standard recognized under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act. WCAG is developed by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI) and represents the international benchmark for digital accessibility.

In practice this means semantic page structure, keyboard-operable navigation and video players, text alternatives for images, visible focus indicators, and support for reduced-motion settings. The site also offers an accessibility menu that lets visitors adjust contrast, text size, spacing and other display settings.

Accessibility Is a Journey

We view accessibility as a continuous commitment, not a fixed destination. We regularly review our content, monitor for new barriers as our websites evolve, and implement improvements on an ongoing basis. Our goal is to ensure that every visitor can access our content and services with dignity, independence, and ease of use.

Third-Party Content and Compatibility

Our websites may include content, embedded media, or links provided by third parties. While we make every effort to select accessible third-party tools and services, we cannot guarantee the accessibility of content we do not directly control. We encourage visitors to notify us if they encounter barriers in any third-party content so we can work toward a resolution or provide an accessible alternative.

Please also be aware that certain third-party browser extensions, accessibility overlay plugins, and other add-on software can sometimes interfere with the native accessibility features built into our websites. If you experience unexpected behavior, we recommend temporarily disabling third-party browser extensions to determine whether the issue originates with our site or with an external tool.
