Background
- An air purifier manufacturer whose product purified everything from coronaviruses to allergens to odors wanted their buyers to understand their product.
Goals
- Like most companies that sell products on their websites, TRACS faced the dilemma of having a complex product but a limited visitor attention span on their website. They needed to solve the dilemma in order to communicate all of the engineering that went into their product in a way that people would want to use.
What was done
- An overview animation of their flagship air purifier staged in an office location – a common use for the product – that went through the process of air entering the purifier, being filtered and coming out.
